The Strawberry Shop's Return Policy
Exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the balance of the total will be issued to the customer in store credit only. (no cash or credit refunds)
There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
All seasonal merchandise and any discounted items from the "sale corner" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
